Article IV
The Human Remains the Author
human authorship
Ratified
Predictive Poetry exists to expand human creativity, not replace it.
Its purpose is not to generate language on a person's behalf, but to reveal possibilities they may not have discovered alone. Every continuation is an opportunity for human judgment rather than a substitute for it.
Assistance is valuable only when it leaves authorship intact.
Assistance should preserve curiosity, authorship, and intention. Whenever Predictive Poetry reveals a possible path, the choice of whether—and how—to follow it always belongs to its author.
The goal is not to remove creative effort.
The goal is to make creative effort more accessible.
